The world download is not included &#8211; you will have to get that yourself from the official website at https:\/\/hermitcraft.com &#8211; if you&#8217;re running a server, you will also need to configure the server.properties file to set the &#8220;resources.zip&#8221; resource pack that is included in the Java world download as a server-side resource pack, or send it to your users to install on their clients before joining the world.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re not familiar with modded Minecraft, it can be a bit of a faff to get all the right mods and config files installed to be able to use the Hermitcraft Season 9 world download, so this pack has everything you should need to get everything working.<\/p>\n<p>The mods included are:<\/p>\n<p>* Carpet v1.4.112 (for spawning a fake player to load the map at Decked Out 2)<br \/>\n* Simple Voice Chat v2.4.25 (needed for the AudioPlayer mod)<br \/>\n* AudioPlayer v1.7.1 (for the custom music discs and goat horns to work)<br \/>\n* Lithium v0.11.2 (to improve performance)<\/p>\n<p>These are at specific versions (the same versions that were used on the Hermitcraft server itself) to ensure compatibility with the world download.<\/p>\n<p>The config files that were distributed by the r\/Hermitcraft subreddit is also included. These config files contain the same server settings that were used on Hermitcraft (provided thanks to one of Xisuma&#8217;s admin team) so the &#8220;announcement mode&#8221; discs used in Decked Out 2 should work correctly from the start.<\/p>\n<p>This pack is entirely unofficial, created by fans at the r\/Hermitcraft subreddit just to help ease the pain of getting this set up, so you can get playing Decked Out 2 much quicker!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lots of people have had trouble with the Hermitcraft Season 9 world download and getting the mods installed.
