This data pack takes otherwise normal Pok\u00e9mon and alters their stats by increasing them to make battles easier. In addition, you can choose whether they have access to these boosted stats or not using the \/pokeedit command.

This is solely inspired by the Partner mechanic from Let’s Go Pikachu and Let’s Go Eevee, and is planned to be expanded to _all_ Pok\u00e9mon instead of just those two.<\/p>\n
– Added the Partner aspect to the game! A Pok\u00e9mon with this aspect active will have an increased base stat total! More powerful Pok\u00e9mon, like the Legendaries, pseudo-legendaries, Mythicals, Ultra Beasts, and Paradox Pok\u00e9mon have a BST increase of 100 points, while all other Pok\u00e9mon have a BST increase of 110 points! (This is solely for balancing)
\n – Starting in v1.2.5, you can give this aspect to your Pok\u00e9mon without needing to use commands by reaching maximum friendship with it, then “evolving” it.
\n – The Mega Evolutions of these Pok\u00e9mon _are_ taken into account and have all received a modified base stat total as well.
\n – Some Partner Pok\u00e9mon also get Ability changes or gain an additional Ability!
\n – Partner Jolteon gains access to the Ability Steadfast.
\n – Partner Flareon gains access to the Ability Sheer Force.
\n – Partner Vaporeon gains access to the Ability Rain Dish.
\n – Partner Espeon gains access to the Ability Telepathy (originally Magic Guard).
\n – Partner Umbreon gains access to the Ability Unnerve. Partner Umbreon’s Hidden Ability was also changed from Inner Focus to Intimidate.
\n – Partner Leafeon gains access to the Ability Infiltrator.
\n – Partner Glaceon gains access to the Ability Competitive (originally Slush Rush).
\n – Partner Sylveon gains access to the Ability Friend Guard.
\n – Mega Gallade’s Ability was changed from Inner Focus to Sharpness.
\n – The Beldum line had its Hidden Ability changed from Light Metal to a much more beneficial Ability in Heavy Metal.
\n – Partner Froslass receives Infiltrator as a secondary standard Ability.
\n – Partner Pok\u00e9mon that can ride on your shoulder give beneficial potion effects as long as they remain on your shoulder!
\n– Starting in v1.3, Partner Pikachu and Partner Eevee can learn their exclusive moves from the Let’s Go games (except for Pika Papow and Veevee Volley respectively) via level-up.<\/p>\n
– If you are using the Extra Eeveelutions mod, the unofficial Eeveelutions have also been taken into account and have all received a modified base stat total.<\/p>\n
– Starting in v1.4, if you are using the CobblemonRider mod in your instance\/modpack, there is a separate download that gives you an updated config that features Partner Pok\u00e9mon, allowing you to ride them as you would with their regular non-Partner variants. To use it, download the extra “Rider config” zip file in any version starting from v1.4, copy the config file within it, and paste it into your world’s folder. Do not put it into your resource pack or data pack folder, they won’t work if you try it. Only use this if you have that mod in your modpack.<\/p>\n
Currently, 504 out of 1,025 of the official Pok\u00e9mon are available as Partner Pok\u00e9mon, plus a few extras from other mods.<\/p>\n
– Starting in v1.8, Partner Pok\u00e9mon can now use their species’ exclusive Z-Moves, and Mega Showdown is now a requirement to use the datapack.
\n – Starting in v1.8.1.5, G-Max Moves are now usable by Partner Pok\u00e9mon as well!<\/p>\n
Current issues:
\n– Regional variants are bugged, so they do not gain the Partner aspect for whatever reason.<\/p>\n

\n– Add more available Partner Pok\u00e9mon.
\n– Fix the bug with regional variants.<\/p>\n
Warning: DO NOT put Partner Pok\u00e9mon into a teambuilder. They will NOT show up at all. If you’re going to put them into a teambuilder, disable the Partner aspect first. This also does NOT have compatability with the Cobblemon Transporter, so please don’t try to place Partner Pok\u00e9mon in there.<\/p>\n
To use this data pack, you must insert it into your world’s data pack folder. For those who don’t know how to do this, all you need to do is go into the “saves” folder of the instance you’re using, select the world you want to put the data pack on, open the “datapacks” folder, then drop the download in there. No need to unzip it.<\/p>\n
You are free to use this data pack in your servers and worlds as you wish.<\/p>\n
