# Overgeared x Epic Knights
\n*A compatibility mod bridging Epic Knights and Overgeared*<\/p>\n

## What does it do?<\/p>\n

Out of the box, everything in Epic Knights is crafted
\nthrough vanilla crafting tables, which clashes with Overgeared’s forging system.
\nThis mod fixes that. All vanilla Epic Knights crafting recipes are **removed** and replaced with proper Overgeared
\nrecipes using **forging**, **casting**, and **assembly**.<\/p>\n\n\n

**Blueprints** are also included for Armor, Shields and Weapons.<\/p>\n

### New Items
\nTo achieve this, the mod adds new intermediate **blade and component items**.
\nThese work exactly like Overgeared’s own components: you cast or forge the blade first, then assemble the final weapon.
\nThis keeps the crafting process consistent with how Overgeared handles its own gear.<\/p>\n
