# OverEnchant<\/p>\n

Vanilla Minecraft caps enchanting at 15 bookshelves and level 30.
\nThis plugin removes that limit.<\/p>\n

You can place up to **32 bookshelves** around the enchanting table (normal vanilla layout). The level requirement scales with the amount of shelves, up to **level 64**.<\/p>\n

Enchantments scale directly with the cost.<\/p>\n

* Sharpness V \u2192 Sharpness XI
\n* Fortune III \u2192 Fortune VI<\/p>\n

XP usage is also adjusted.
\nVanilla only removes up to 3 levels, but higher-tier enchants now take more (for example, a level 64 enchant costs 6 levels).<\/p>\n
