Vanilla Minecraft blocks anvil operations that cost more than 39 levels.
\nNotTooExpensivePro intercepts that \u2014 any operation over 39 levels gets
\ncapped to exactly **39 levels**. You pay 39, you get your item. Done.<\/p>\n
Operations already under 39 levels are **untouched** \u2014 full vanilla behavior.<\/p>\n
