Vitality have taken an earlier than expected departure as eliminate the Frenchmen. After a previous loss to Team Liquid the day before, Vitality were on the ropes and up against a team that seems to have gotten deadlier than they’ve been in the past year.

Led by Dzhami ‘Jame’ Ali in terms of performance, took a tough 2-0 over Vitality with the first map going into a 19-17 OT with the second still being a close 16-12. Jame finished with a +16 kill-to-death differential and 85.5 average damage per round. He was bested in ADR by Mareks ‘YEKINDAR’ Gaļinskis who finished with a 88.3 alongside his own impressive +11 k/d.

In an unexpected turn of events, Mathieu ‘ZywOo’ Herbaut continued a bit of a slump in form throughout this series. The star player finished the series with 66.5 ADR and a +4 k/d to lead his team. This is far below his normal level of performance and what fans have come to expect of one of the worlds best players.
