The developers have redesigned the map once again, hiding a prime location with top-tier gear that can turn the tide of a match right when you disembark from the Battle Bus. We’ll tell you how to find this spot and avoid getting sent back to the lobby when trying to grab the loot.<\/p>\n

Where to find the secret aquarium in Fortnite?<\/h2>\n

The secret location is located on the southern edge of the map, just below Thermal Harbor. Look for an isolated rocky island that rises noticeably above the surrounding land. Climb to the very top \u2013 there you’ll find a zipline leading directly to an abandoned penthouse.<\/p>\n

Inside this shelter, you’ll stumble upon a funny Easter egg in the form of a Fall Guy statue. Look up: directly above you will see a glass ceiling with rippling water. This is the secret area.<\/p>\n

How to properly smash an aquarium and loot the gold?<\/h2>\n

Getting to the loot is easy\u2014just fire a couple of shots at the glass to destroy the structure. The chests will break, but there’s a dangerous nuance. Standing directly under the tank during the assault is mortally dangerous, as the resulting mass of water will instantly eliminate any unwary character. Move away, shoot the target, and wait a few seconds.<\/p>\n

When the flood subsides, the entire room will be awash with resources:<\/p>\n

  • Over 1,500 gold\u2014a solid amount, more than enough to buy from the nearby vending machines;<\/li>\n
  • A stack of decent starting weapons\u2014rare guns will give you a total advantage over your opponents in the first minutes of the match.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    This spot is simply perfect for a quick start. While other players frantically search for gray pistols in the bushes, you emerge from the penthouse flush with cash and a powerful arsenal.
