CS2 analyst Jakob \u201cPimp\u201d Winneche said Team Falcons should seriously consider ending Finn \u201ckarrigan\u201d Andersen\u2019s time as captain before 2027. He made the comments during a podcast for the Last Free Nation Counter-Strike YouTube channel, where he discussed what he believes Falcons need for their longer-term ambitions.<\/p>\n

Winneche did not dismiss the original reasoning behind bringing karrigan to the team. In his view, the move made sense because Falcons needed help dealing with problems connected to Major failures. He also said that nothing could take away karrigan\u2019s Cologne victory.<\/p>\n

However, Pimp separated that earlier value from his view of Falcons\u2019 future. He said that if the club wants to be consistently the strongest team in the world and build an era of its own, it should do so without karrigan as captain, particularly given the level at which Pimp said he is currently playing.<\/p>\n

The analyst\u2019s proposed alternative was Nikola \u201cNiKo\u201d Kova\u010d. Pimp said people who have played with NiKo or spoken with him have said NiKo could become the best captain in the world if he chooses to change roles. Pimp argued that NiKo should make that switch for the purpose of building a potentially strongest team.<\/p>\n

Pimp\u2019s comments were framed as a roster and leadership discussion rather than a report that Falcons have made a decision. He presented questions for the club to consider: whether NiKo should become captain, whether karrigan should be removed from the lineup, and whether the team could add a promising player. Pimp\u2019s case for a leadership change<\/h2>\n

Pimp therefore suggested a different allocation of responsibilities. NiKo would take the captaincy under this proposal, while Falcons would seek a promising player.
