Washington Justice announced the signing of former Gladiators Legion DPS Corey “Corey” Nigra. Corey is most well-known for playing DPS on the Gladiators Legion, often playing standard hitscan while partner Jeffrey “Blase” Tsang played flex DPS. Corey joins Ethan “Stratus” Yankel as the second DPS player on the Washington Justice lineup.

Washington D.C. also announced the signing of Korean flex tank Kim “SanSam” Hyang-ki. He most recently played for Meta Athena in Contenders Korea. He also played for the now-defunct Afreeca Freecs Red lineup, as well as Meta Bellum.
Corey was a diamond in the rough for Gladiators Legion this year, proving his capabilities as a primary DPS carry. Moving forward without Blase — who joined the Boston Uprising — he will be playing off Stratus. While electing for an American DPS line, the Justice have also chosen to run with a Korean tank line of Song “Janus” Joon-haw and SanSam.
The Justice are one of many teams to run into Overwatch League Season Two with a mixed nationality roster, favoring the highest skill ceiling over the most un-interrupted communication. However, the Justice’s Korean coaching staff is also fluent in English and should bridge the gap nicely.
