‘Tis the season for all things Blizzard (pun intended) and with that, Overwatch’s Winter Wonderland event has been announced. The snowy season should bring with it some new skins, holiday themed maps and probably the return of Mei’s Snowball Offensive too.
The event is set to start on December 11th, next week Tuesday, and runs all the way through into the 2nd day of the new year. While the new skins have not been hinted just yet, there’s sure to be some amazing designs coming out after last year’s iteration saw some of the best skins in the game, including Hanzo’s Casual look and Sombra’s Rime skin too – to name but a few. From the Tweet which announced the event, it seems that the Blizzworld map will be getting a Christmas overhaul but that’s the only hint to anything in the event thus far.
Snow off your holiday spirit! ☃️

While we do know that the previous Winter Wonderland skins will all be at a discounted in-game gold price, the new ones will surely be seen in the coming weeks and we will update on any and all that are worthy.
