Rumors have flooded Weibo since the Rogue Warriors officially announced the departure of all their players. AD carry Han “SMLZ” Jin is announced as the final piece of a star-laden Suning Gaming. SMLZ spent the last year with Rogue Warriors, making it to the playoffs both times, while narrowly missing the World Championship this year.
SMLZ is a veteran of the LoL Pro League, first debuting with Vici Gaming before moving over to WE Academy and eventually Masters3. Following that, he spent the majority of his career with Oh My God, seeing little success. However, he joined Rogue Warriors this year and was one of the best performing AD carries in the LPL, buoying the team to playoff status for most of the year.
Known as one of the best AD carries in the LPL, SMLZ makes Suning Gaming a bonafide title contender. Paired up with Hu “SwordArT” Shuo-jie, one of the best supports in the world, he has a ton to work with to earn his first LPL title. It also helps that mid laner Huang “Maple” Yi-tang will ease some of the carry burden for Suning Gaming. The only question is synergy at this point, but the final addition proves that Suning will be plenty talented in 2019.
