Fnatic are still riding their undefeated streak in the LEC. Upon the return of the league for week, Fnatic added a seventh victory in a row, beating Vitality in the last match of the day.

Mads “Broxah” Petersen was the hero for Fnatic in the early game, securing three kills before the 8-minute mark. He shut down Lucas “Cabochard ” Simon-Meslet’s Rumble up top, freeing Gabriël “Bwipo” Rau’s Karma to run rampant and ultimately finish the game 1/1/12.

After the 10-minute mark, Broxah turned his attention to mid and snapped Daniele “Jiizuke” di Mauro’s Azir. A late-game champion in need of lots of farm, Azir couldn’t quite recover and now Vitality had lost two lanes. Even though their bot was doing well and Vitality took the first dragon and Rift Herald, they never were in control of the gold lead. At the 28th minute when the game ended, Fnatic were ahead 12K gold, 18-5 in kills.

With the win, Fnatic remain one of the very few undefeated teams in the Summer Split. FunPlus Phoenix hold the same 7-0 record in China and J-Team are 6-0 in the LMS.

Splyce will be the team that tries to stop Fnatic’s run today and continue their own streak of four wins so far.
