Today, OpTic Gaming announced the signing of jungler Joshua “Dardoch” Harnett. As one of the most talented junglers in the North American LoL Championship Series, he has played for Team Liquid, Immortals, Counter Logic Gaming, and Echo Fox. Most recently, he played for Echo Fox, who was a playoff contender in both the Spring and Summer splits.

As mentioned by OpTic, Dardoch won the Rookie of the Split when he debuted with Team Liquid, often dazzling with his raw mechanics. As a player in the LCS, the problem has never been his talent, but his ability to stay calm. Granted, that has become less of an issue since his days in Team Liquid.
Joining OpTic, it is likely that he will split time with veteran jungler William “Meteos” Hartman. Meteos has played competitively since 2013 and offers the team general stability in the long run. Meanwhile, it is clear that Dardoch is the higher upside jungler boiling over with talent.
