In an announcement made via Twitter on Monday, Heroic will add Martin “Stavn” Lund to their roster on a trial basis.
The young, 16-year old rifler has gained attention over the last few months as a member of ex-Fragsters scoring positive K/D ratios against teams such as LDLC and Epsilon.
“Im super excited to get this opportunity with Heroic, especially this early in my career,” Stavn said about the opportunity. “I look forward to representing them in multiple tournaments moving forward, and becoming a member of the Heroic family.”
Head coach says:
“We’ve been keeping an eye on stavn for quite some time, and Im really glad we get to trial him for this period, as we are making some changes to the roles in our team,” Head Coach of Heroic Luis “peacemaker” Tadeu said. “We recently moved blameF to the IGL role, and a player like Martin is exactly what we need right now. What I see in stavn is young talent with a bright future, and I’m happy he gets to start out here.”
Heroic has really struggled in 2019 by not qualifying for big money tournaments and finishing poorly in some of the minor league circuits. Playing in events such as the GG.Bet ICE Challenge and Toyota Masters Bangcock.
