As TNC Pro Team landed a second victory in the PGL Bucharest Major group stage, the organization releases a small teaser unveiling what could potentially be a secondary team.
Titled “And one day, the tigers are born”, the teaser showcase TNC’s TI7 captain Theeban ‘1437’ Siva and speaks about his achievements with the team since the joining moment, May 2017 until the second place achieved at the MDL Macau Minor, in December 2017.
MDL Macau was the penultimate DPC event for Theeban with TNC. Upon the team’s failure to reach the playoffs stage at the One Genting Minor in January 2018, 1437 was dropped from the TNC roster. A month later TNC locked in on Valve’s official Majors registration page with a full Filipino roster, welcoming Armel Paul “Armel” Tabios to their ranks.
Pizza party concluded 😥. Love 🇵🇭 fans no matter what. TNC will go back to a full Pinoy roster and take a different route. As for me, I have no idea what I will do as of now.

Theeban didn’t join any other team after his departure from TNC and at the end of the final official shuffle pre TI8, he remained a free agent. Today, the Filipino organization introduces to their fans a new Facebook page and a new project, TNC.Tiger with Theeban as main protagonist. While not many details were revealed, it’s fair to assume this will be a new TNC team, so stay tuned for the latest updates on the matter.
