TNC Predator are back in action after missing the chance to play in the ESL One LA Online.

The opening series at the $100,000 Beyond the Summit Pro Series featured the former Team Io line-up, with Khoo “Ohaiyo” Chong Xin Chai “Mushi” Yee Fung now playing under the CR tag, fighting against TNC, who had to play with their coach Kim “Febby” Yong-min as a last minute stand in for Timothy “Tims” Randrup, who had internet issues.

Febby’s addition to the team seemed to only empower and inspire the TNC players to go with riskier and at times clowny plays. In game one Febby was on Io, making sure that his Legion Commander had a good laning stage while keeping his own farm up in the jungle for a fast Mekansm. Early rotations secured a perfect game for TNC’s mid Templar Assassin and their safe lane Dragon Knight, and by the 20 minute mark TNC were already in the CR base taking down the first lane of barracks, leaving no room for CR to make a comeback.

Game two brought a Febby Rubick playing versus Monkey King and it ended up into a tree dance chase between the two heroes, while the rest of the TNC members were crushing CR with a carry Morphling from Kim “Gabbi” Villafuerte.
