Chaos Esports Club have silently parted ways with their last Brazilian player, William “hFn” Medeiros. According to the Dota Pro Circuit app, the carry player was removed from the roster last night.
Neither Chaos Esports Club nor hfn made any official announcement regarding the roster change. However, the organization did tease on their Twitter account three new additions to the team.
At the beginning of May this year, Chaos Esports decided to part ways with Otávio “Tavo” Gabriel and Danylo “Kingrd” Nascimento and to exit the South American region. A few days later Aliwi “w33” Omar announced his departure from the team as well and the desire to take a short competitive break to take care of “long overdue health issues.” Chaos Esports Club were down to just two members ahead of the EPICENTER Major regional qualifiers and were bound to take the open brackets road for the last set of Minor and Major tournaments in the 2018-2019 Dota Pro Circuit season. Team captain Rasmus “MISERY” Filipsen brought in Nico “Gunnar” Lopez, Maurice “KheZu” Gutmann and Milan “MiLAN” Kozomara to compete in the EPICENTER Major open qualifiers, but they weren’t able to make it through the gauntlet.
The organization stayed silent regarding the new players and their tenure with the team. It is still uncertain if they remain under the Chaos banner or if the organization is ready to announce a whole new roster.
