The 2019-2020 DPC season is unfolding as the weeks go by and the fourth Major of the season has been reveled. It is the Epicenter Major and will take place in Moscow at the CSKA arena in the first half of May 2020.

The first DPC Major of the 2019-2020 season was the Chengdu Major. The second one will be in January, which is the DreamLeague Leipzig Major. The third one will take the Dota 2 circuit to Los Angeles, for ESL One LA in March 2020. And now we know the fourth Major will take us to Russia!

Epicenter has been a staple Major ever since the DPC system began in the 2017-2018 season. They hosted a Major in 2018 as well as 2019 and that tradition is about to continue. In 2018, PSG.LGD took the plaudits at Epicenter by defeating the old Team Liquid (now Nigma) 3-1. In 2019, Vici Gaming won Epicenter, the last Major of the 2018-2019 season, Vici Gaming won the event by defeating the old Team Liquid roster 3-2 in the grand finals. Team Liquid really seem to have a problem closing this event out, it seems.

Last year it might have been the fifth and final Major of the year, but this year it will be the fourth Major. Either ways, it will be at the tail end of the season and will be at a time when teams will be fighting for a chance to get a direct invite to TI 10.
