After rumors began circulating, Dexerto published a report, a FACEIT roster got a new addition, and now there’s more. An article from HLTV states that TYLOO has brought on WingHei “Freeman” Cheung for the Chinese closed qualifier for the Asia Minor.

The team has added Freeman in the role of coach/backup. This position will allow him to play during the tournament but also allow him to be swapped out.

The 19-year-old player from Hong Kong hasn’t had an organization to call home since his departure from ViCi following IEM Sydney at the start of May. He would go on to be the highest-rated player on TYLOO for the event.

TYLOO recently parted ways with Ivan “Johnta” Shevtsov as well who was serving as te teams coach.

The team was in Dallas last week for DreamHack Masters where they finished 13th-16th with losses to Ninjas in Pyjamas and Windigo. They will be looking to turn things around in a weaker pool for a shot at making it to the StarLadder Major in Berlin. The Major will kick off in late August.

TYLOO CS:GO roster:

HaoWen “somebody” Xu
Hansel “BnTeT” Ferdinand
Kevin “xccurate” Susanto
YuanZhang “AttackeR” Sheng
YuLun “Summer” Cai
WingHei “Freeman” Cheung (coach/backup)
