‘Chiu on This’ is a short and regular opinion blast

Both SK and Mouz are at meeting at a strange intersection in their relative forms. At the beginning of this year, Mouz was among the best teams in the world, but they have slowly stagnated as time has gone on. There are a few reasons as to why that is, but I think the most likely one is that people have started to study and figure them out and teams have figured out their tendencies and map pool. As for SK they hit a huge slump at the beginning of the year, had a roster shuffle and have very slowly dug themselves out of the pit. Their first few outings with Stewie2K was horrid as they switched languages and in-game leaders.

Right now though, SK seem to be on the rise as they have won some smaller LANs and have just come back from a bootcamp from the Moche XL Esports Tournament. The match against Space Soldiers was a good indicator as they were able to defeat Space Soliders on cache and then slaughtered them on Dust 2. Coldzera is in pretty good form and the other players are doing well. So tomorrow it will be a critical test as they get to play against a theoretically weakened Mouz. At this event, Mouz are missing oskar and have n0thing as a standin. They’ve decided to completely switch up the roles and it is working for them so far, but I don’t think that it is stronger than their regular five. So for SK this is a critical moment to see how far they’ve come since the change. As for Mouz, I imagine they will just be enjoying the moment and teams like that can be dangerous because they feel less pressure in stadium events like this. In the end, I’m going with SK since I like what I’m seeing from Coldzera and FalleN.
