Jordan “n0thing” Gilbert will once again join an official match server at the upcoming EPICENTER Qualifier. The Counter-Strike legend will play alongside the NRG roster as the squads in-game leader Damian “daps”Steele is unable to attend the event.
daps will be at the FACEIT Major in London where he will serve as an analyst on the desk alongside former professionals Chad “SPUNJ” Burchill, Jacob “Pimp” Winneche, Sean “seang@res” Gares, and Björn “THREAT” Pers. The desk will be held together by Alex “MACHINE” Richardson who will once again serve as host. daps had already accepted the position at the FACEIT Major prior to the dates being revealed for the closed qualifier.
Although inactive on a team since his departure from Cloud9 a year ago, he was recently recruited as a stand-in for mousesports where he performed better than many expected given his time away from the competitive scene. While not being an active member in the server, n0thing hadn’t gone too far having served as an analyst at several events during his hiatus including ESL One New York 2017, IEM Oakland 2017, ECS Season 4 and 5 finals, as well as the ELEAGUE Major 2018.
