EPICENTER is down a team after mousesports has revealed their intent to pull out of the event. The German organization made a brief post to Twitter making the announcement stating “We‘ve decided to skip @epicentergg 2018 in Moscow, due to a very packed schedule ahead of us. Sorry to all fans in Moscow, we’ll see you another day!”

This announcement comes at the same time that rumors have been amiss that the team is looking to make a roster move. Reported earlier this week by VPesports, mousesports is thinking about benching their latest addition Janusz “Snax” Pogorzelski.

The teams recent results from ESL One Cologne and the FACEIT London Major could moves in the works but a solid result and victory at ESL One New York stalled things briefly as their run at StarSeries i-League Season 6 was cut short and once again mosuesports began discussing the idea of replacing Snax.

Pulling out EPICENTER would make more sense as the team tries to find its identity and footing with a new fifth. It is possible the squad would bring Martin “STYKO” Styk back into the fold. STYKO was replaced by Snax in the lineup and spent time playing with the Cloud9 roster as a stand-in before they decided to go another route.

It has not yet been revealed who will replace the squad at EPICENTER.
