LDLC has officially welcomed Vincent “Happy” Schopenhauer to their starting five. This also marks Happy’s official release from Vitality where he was replaced by Alex “ALEX” McMeekin.

The French scene veteran will team up with former Space Soldiers player Engin “MAJ3R” Küpeli along with fellow Frenchmen Christophe “SIXER” Xia, Alexandre “xms” Forté, and Rodolphe “roden” Bianco in the French organization. xms and SIXER have both have shots at the top of the French scene over the last year or two, neither able to stick though. roden has joined the team on a trial basis.

As is noted in the Twitter announcement, Happy has played under the LDLC banner in the past. This will be a new battle and opportunity, however, as Happy is no longer on a front running French team.

LDLC has been competing with Vitality, Envy, G2, and others for the French scene for some time now and this is but a new chapter in their efforts to gain some ground.

The new roster will make its debut this weekend at the Charleroi Esports event in Belgium.

LDLC CS:GO roster:

  • Engin “MAJ3R” Küpeli
  • Christophe “SIXER” Xia
  • Alexandre “xms” Forté
  • Rodolphe “roden” Bianco
  • Vincent “Happy” Schopenhauer
