cs_summit 6 has been revealed as the summer Regional Major Rankings event. Beyond the Summit will host the sixth iteration of their event in both Europe and North America. Valve has confirmed that there will not be a summer RMR event in South America or Oceania.

This will be the second RMR event and have 25% more RMR available than ESL One: Road to Rio which concluded recently. These points will decide which teams will earn their spot at the $3,000,000 ESL One Rio Major.

cs_summit 6 will have $200,000 up for grabs in addition to the RMR points and will run from June 22nd to July 5th. This means it will take place just one day after the conclusion of the BLAST Premier Spring Europe Finals.
