The letter was published in Chinese, below you can find the English translation provided by our Yuhui Zhu.

“Dear Chess Players:

It’s been almost 2 months since the release of our stand-alone mobile game “Auto Chess”. During this period, we’ve received lots of suggestions from the community and these suggestions have helped “Auto Chess” to grow at an unbelievable speed: Apart from performance optimization as well as new features like Party System and Ranked Seasons which have already been implemented into the game, we’ve also had Brawl Mode and new races lined up and ready to be introduced in the future.

Auto Chess couldn’t have gone this far without your continued support and help. So, from the bottom of our heart, we would like to say: Thank you!

Meantime, we also have 2 news to announce today.

1.Starting from May 30, “Auto Chess” will complete its beta phase and an official version will be released. All users’ data and in-game progression in the beta version will be migrated to the official version.

2.A while ago, we had a discussion with Valve in which we’ve reached a mutual agreement. We’ll each build our own stand-alone version of the game, and support each other to the fullest. In order to make our game further distinguishable and improve the recognition of our own brand, we’ve decided to change the name of our game from “Auto Chess” to “Duoduo Auto Chess”

It’s been a pleasant journey with you guys and we will keep polishing our stand-alone game just like we’ve been doing throughout the past 2 months and we hope all players could have fun playing our game.

Auto Chess Operation Team.”
