Respawn Entertainment and Electronic Arts have announced the $500,000 Apex Legends Preseason Invitational. The event is scheduled to take place from September 13th to 15th in Kraków, Poland.

A total of 80 teams will be dropping in and battling it out for their share of the $500,000 prize pool. Every team will start in the double elimination winners bracket. After each round, it will be determined whether a team’s performance will keep them in the winners bracket, bumps them down to the losers bracket, or even worse eliminates them from the event.

When only 20 teams remain it will be a fight for the title.

Any team interested in competing can send an application to
ApexLegendsPreseason@ea.com and include their Origin ID and associated email address according to the official press release.
